This course offers delegates the opportunity to learn the required skills for surviving in tough business climates including culture change, handling stress in business, selecting the most appropriate strategy for your business. Learning from some of the best management trainers and hearing from Tony Bullimore about his survival experiences make this a unique training event for boards, directors, senior managers and for inspiring teams. This can be a sea or land-based course.

Change Management

Changes will increasingly embrace technology, economy, sociology and environmental factors, and as managers we need to weigh each change and respond appropriately in our business. This course will include an inspirational session from Sir Robin Knox-Johnston, Britain’s best known yachtsmen who has experienced the need for change in his yachting and business life. Delegates will be given practical tools to help implement the changes their businesses face and the motivation to go and do it.
